Terms and Conditions – Witchy Psychics

These terms may have changed since you last reviewed them. For a list of changes and when they were made, please email me at amy@witchypsychics.co.uk.
Product: Any physical item sold through my website, including branded merchandise or other tangible goods.
Service: Any intangible offering, including tarot readings, emailed readings, spiritual consultations, or other personalised psychic services.


1. About Me and My Products/Services
You can find everything you need to know about me, Amy at Witchy Psychics, and my products or services on my website at https://witchypsychics.co.uk before you order. I also confirm key information to you in writing, by email after you order.
By purchasing from me, you agree that:
•    I only accept orders once I have checked them.
•    I may sometimes reject orders.
•    I charge you when I accept your order or supply your product/service.
•    I am not responsible for delays outside my control.
•    Products may vary slightly from their images.
•    You have a legal right to change your mind for most products (see Section [5.1]), except where waived for personalised services.
•    You have rights if there is something wrong with your product or service.
•    I may change products, services, and these terms.
•    I may suspend supply or withdraw products/services.
•    I may end my contract with you.
•    I am not liable for all losses caused by me or my products/services.
•    Your personal data is used as set out in my Privacy Notice.
•    You have options for resolving disputes with me.
•    Other important terms apply to our contract.


2. How I Accept Orders
I confirm receipt of your order by email. I accept your order either when I dispatch the product or send you a confirmation of acceptance for services.

2.1 Order Rejection
I may reject orders if:
•     A product is unexpectedly out of stock.
•    I cannot verify your age for age-restricted products.
•    You are outside my delivery areas of [United Kingdom].
•    A product has been mispriced.
If this happens, I will notify you promptly and refund any payment made.

2.2 Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order unless otherwise specified.
You own products once full payment is received.

3. Delivery and Delays
I am not responsible for delays outside my control (e.g., postal strikes, extreme weather, or supplier issues).
I will contact you if there is a delay and, if substantial, you may cancel the contract and receive a refund for any products paid for but not delivered.

4. Product Variations
Product colours may differ slightly from images on my website.

5. Refunds and Changing Your Mind

5.1 Product Purchases
Legal Right to Change Your Mind
For most products bought online, you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a refund, including standard delivery costs. Exceptions include:
•    Sealed goods for health/hygiene purposes once opened.
•    Goods made to your specifications or personalised.
•    Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

You may return items using an established delivery service. Keep proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of me receiving the returned goods or evidence of dispatch. Refunds are made using your original payment method.

5.2 Services: Live Readings
Cancellations: Notify me at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule your session via amy@witchypsychics.co.uk
No Shows: Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.

5.3 Services: Emailed Readings
Refunds: Once the reading has been delivered, refunds are not available due to the personalised nature of the service.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund, unless the reading has already been prepared.
Waiver of Right to Cancel: By purchasing an emailed reading, you acknowledge that the service is personalised and agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law once the reading has been delivered.

5.4 Handling Used or Damaged Items
Refunds may be reduced if a product is handled in a way that reduces its value (e.g., removed tags, damaged packaging, missing accessories). I can advise on whether a reduction applies.

6. Faulty Products 
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include:
•    Up to 30 days: refund for faulty goods.
•    Up to six months: repair or replacement, or full refund if unrepairable.
•    Up to six years: possible partial refund if goods fail prematurely.
For services: right to request repeat or fix, or partial refund if carried out without reasonable care and skill.

7. Changes to Products, Services, and Terms
I may change products or services to:
·         Comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
·         Make minor technical improvements.
I will notify you of significant changes that may affect you, and you may terminate the contract for a refund of undelivered products or unprovided services.

8. Suspension or Withdrawal
I may suspend supply due to technical or legal reasons. If supply is suspended for more than [7] days, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund for any products/services not provided.

9. Ending Our Contract
I may end the contract if:
•    You fail to pay.
•    You fail to provide required information or access.

10. Liability
I am not liable for:
•     Unexpected losses.
•     Losses caused by events outside my control.
•    Losses you could have avoided.

11. Disputes

You may take legal action in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland courts depending on your location.

12. Other Terms
I may transfer my contract; you may terminate if unhappy with a transfer.
The contract is between you and me; no one else has rights under it.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
